Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 777gx website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered or visiting user ("Player", "You"), and 777gx ("the Company", "We", "Us").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777gx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus offer, these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777gx Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or employee of any gambling regulatory authority in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 777gx or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be of unsound mind or under any legal incapacity that affects your ability to enter into a binding contract.

777gx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

The Company maintains the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to persons in jurisdictions where the Company has determined that offering services creates unacceptable legal or regulatory risk.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 777gx Platform, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 777gx account only. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered in the name of a spouse, family member, or third party on behalf of an existing player, are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• Account Currency: Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Currency settings may be subject to the payment method used at the time of first deposit.
• KYC Verification: 777gx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Suspension: Any account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended immediately. Any balances held in such an account at the time of suspension may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

Registration on the 777gx Platform is free of charge. No fee is levied for opening or maintaining an account in good standing.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777gx account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your 777gx account, whether for wagering, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• You must notify 777gx support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 777gx will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• The Company recommends the use of a strong, unique password not used on any other platform, and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

777gx shall not be liable for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to safeguard your credentials. The Company employs 256-bit SSL encryption and real-time session monitoring to protect all accounts at the platform level, but account-level security remains the responsibility of the Player.

Deposits & Payment Methods

777gx accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status and verification level.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier for each available payment method and are subject to change at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.
• JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited to your 777gx account within minutes of successful transfer confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally processed within one (1) business day, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within minutes under normal network conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit it deems unusual in size or frequency before crediting the funds.
• 777gx does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance (real-money balance net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions set out below.

• Identity Verification: All withdrawal requests require the Player's account to be fully KYC-verified prior to processing. This includes submission and approval of valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering control.
• Processing Times: Digital wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours after approval.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are posted at the cashier and are subject to periodic revision.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month may apply depending on your account verification tier.
• Pending Withdrawals: 777gx reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending completion of routine security checks or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

The Company does not charge a fee for standard withdrawal processing. Where a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect account details provided by the Player, the Player bears responsibility for any resulting charges or delays.

Bonuses & Promotions

777gx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the 777gx Rewards page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not converted to withdrawable balance before the expiry date will be voided and removed from the account without notice.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 777gx Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the specific offer terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other method deemed abusive by the Company will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: 777gx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Wagering & Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 777gx Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. The following general wagering rules apply across all products:

• Wagers once confirmed are final and cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled by the Player except where expressly provided for in the specific game or sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, connection error, or server interruption during a wager, the outcome determined by the Platform's server records shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum wager amounts are set at the game or market level and are subject to change without notice.
• For sports and cricket betting markets, 777gx reserves the right to void or settle markets at amended odds where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a material error in pricing is identified.
• The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single wager or combination of wagers where it deems such a limit necessary for risk management purposes.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in PKR upon settlement of the relevant game round or sporting event. Settlement times for live sports markets are typically within thirty minutes of the event concluding.

All RNG-based games on the 777gx Platform use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777gx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Fraud: Providing false identity or payment information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 777gx account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or self-exclusion.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

Responsible Gaming

777gx is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible from your account dashboard to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. An alert will notify you when the limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 777gx account with a minimum exclusion period. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and is irreversible for the elected minimum period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777gx Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, audio, and video, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777gx or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any scraping, crawling, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content.

Third-party game content available on the 777gx Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. All such content is used under licence and any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of third-party game content is prohibited under both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777gx and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering activity on the Platform.
• Interruption of service, server downtime, or technical faults beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors in relation to deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777gx makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction do not permit certain limitations of liability, those limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments to These Terms

777gx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights as a Player, 777gx will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 777gx support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777gx holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under that governing law.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or wager, the records held on the 777gx server shall be the definitive and authoritative source of truth. The Company's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions are final subject to any applicable regulatory appeal process.
